We are offering for sale one lot in the gorgeous Amos Bay in Marmaris/Turunç, facing due east.

The lot is on the Amos Bay which is the second from last of the smaller bays within the very large bay of MARMARİS (LINK TO GOOGLE MAPS), situated between the bay of TURUNÇ and the bay of KUMLUBÜK. A part of the bay is called the AQUARIUM for its beautiful clear blue color. Because of its openness and its distance from MARMARİS, the sea has remained very clean and clear in this area. There is a natural reef in front of lot number 708 which is ideal for building a large dock.

There are olive trees and bay leaf trees on the property. The area where building would be allowed is elevated from the sea level by about 50 meters. It is quite a unique property, reminding one of Cap Ferrat’s early days of development.

The current zoning requires 50 meters of clearance from the shore but this is likely to change within 6 months when the new zoning goes into effect.

Several years ago, we had made plans to build on lot number 708 and the project, drawn by American architects won first place internationally. Some of these plans are shown here. They are available to the purchaser.

The lot is in front of the University of Marmara developments which have been dotting the hills behind the property. To the south of this property and on the hills south, one can visit the remnants of the city of Amos, which has one of the oldest amphitheaters in the world, hence the name of the bay.

The size of the lot is 4412 sq. meters. There is an assigned road from town immediately behind the property.
